wet a towel with hot water as hot as you can stand it and it will burst on its own, it will be a bit painful with the hot water but not as painful as bursting it withut the hot towel
Oh hi! Thanks for the tip... But I think I will just let it shrink by itself... Hahaha... It's much better now, anyways, not as painful as 8 hours ago.
